what is the legal amonut of weight i should be lifting per day at work?
as above, i fill at least 200 plastic bins full of fasteners (bolts, nuts, banjos, screws) etc by hand straight from 20 kg + boxes for almost 7 hours per day (including breaks). The total weight of the 200 plus plastic bins (after I have filled them and the located them into the correct delivery stillage) equal anything from 3 tonnes to 5 tonnes per day. This is 5 days aout of 7. Can this be allowed? I am in the UK any help in UK employment law would be fantastic, as well as elsewhere with understanding of UK Employment Law.
Thank-you in adavance
