I threw my cell phone at my husband and accidently hit him in the cheek.
The police came, took me to jail and I have to go to court tomorrow.

well that is considered spousal abuse. but not really that bad. if the officer really knows it was acidental. you might get a small fine. possibly .judge might require some counciling. but i do not think u have a lot to worry about.

Truth be told they will charge you with domestic violence and give you a fine to pay I have been in your shoes I will pray your outcome is well.
