why cant i memmorise my times table

You can, but you have to practice more! It takes time! Don't give up!

Yeah, don't give up. It will come to you if you 'll be practicing.

One easy way to remember: for example, you have to multiply 9*4. Try to do it different way: first multiply 10*4 which is 40 and then subtract 4 ( because you only had 9 of them). And like i said => keep practicing.
