Way back when, the nickname was "bushead or jughead". These names were assigned by cruel kids that I went to school. I used to cried all the way home. Later on in life, I grew out of nicknames. I don't have any nicknames besides my birth name. O yeah, my hubby calls me "Betty Boop" only in the house not in public.

Some used to call me Ritchie Valens. Are you old enough to remember him?
Some used to call me Tim after the comedian Tim Conway. I used to mimic him.
Only one person called me by my natural nickname Dick. But he was my boss when I was young. That makes it OK.

My mom nicknamed me Boogie back when I was still in the womb. I never stopped moving, and she never stopped calling me it lol.
My friends when I was little called me Swamp Thing, because I was always out in the creeks and streams and woods, catching frogs, climbing trees, and generally being a little outdoorsman.
