What does Jesus' act in pardoning of a woman caught for adultery imply?

When the scribes and pharisees tried to tempt Jesus to commit a violation of law, they brought before Him a woman, who was caught in the act of committing adultery, placed her (to stand) at their midst to be stoned (to death) in accordance with the law of Moses, and persistently asked Jesus what was his decision. Seemingly irritated, Jesus asked who among them has no sin to throw the first stone unto her, but because they realized that everyone of them has sin, they were convicted by their conscience and opted to leave the place one-by-one, until Jesus and the woman accused of adultery were left alone. Jesus told the poor woman that even he himself cannot condemn her, instead he told her to go as her sin was forgiven. What does Jesus' act in pardoning or forgiving of the woman caught for adultery imply? Did Jesus try manifest that an act of adultery is not actionable wrong? What do you think was the motive of Jesus in outrightly forgiving said woman who was caught in flagrante delicto, having sex with a man who is not her husband?

The Philosophy of Christ demonstrates that no-one is excluded from committing a sin because we are all human beings and in that recognition are imperfect. Another phrase of Christ which proves this motivation: "He that is without sin should cast the first stone".
In my opinion, that which restrains us from committing sins are: Love and/or respect that one feels toward another.
