Do I have to remove the "bumper" facia from my 2009 Camry LE to install a trailer hitch?

NO, it should mount in FRONT of and under the bumper. Make sure you have the proper mounting hardware, or your liable to lose whatever your pulling or when you first test it out make sure its your wifes stuff in the trailer..haha
