Consumer Learning Theories and Models?
|
Behavioral learning theories are sometimes referred to as stimulus-response theories because they are based on the premise that observable responses to specific external stimuli signal that learning has taken place. Behavioral theories are not so much concerned with the process of learning as they are with the inputs and outcomes of learning-the stimuli that consumers select from the environment and the observable behaviors that result.
Discuss which of the behavioral learning theories you think relates most closely to good business ethics and conduct. Briefly describe the theories that you perceive to be most closely associated with the ethical transmission of information for the purpose of learning. Give reasons for your answer.
