since we do not have Menstrual cycles how could we have PRE-Menstrual "cycles"???

Since men don't have periods, I don't think they get premenstrual syndrome! But they do get mood swings! They have two hormones called testosterone and progesterone. When the progesterone level changes, they can get a bad case of the crankies!
