I'm thinking about getting Breast Implants but i don't know if it's a good idea?

Good and bad things about it?
How long will the scar be there for and how visable is it?
Do you have to get them redone after a couple years?
How painful is it?

First of all, ask yourself why you want breast implants in the first place. A good plastic surgeon will make sure there's no visible scars. If you get the saline ones, you won't have to have them replaced unless one ruptures, or you have breast pain. The pain after surgery is moderate to severe, but doesn't last too long. Some side effects that you may not like are lack of nipple sensitivity, the risk that the implants will rupture when you have a mammogram, that your breasts will not look natural, enlarging may cause s...

YES, it is a very good idea, first and foremost it will boost your selfesteem and it is fact that women with nice breast are more likely to meet and talk to more people because look, every man I know loves lookin at nice tits.
PRO: They'll look nice and you'll be more attractive.
CON: Worst case scenario is they'll burst at which time you'll have to pay another 5 grand. Or if its only one its 2500.
