How do I get fleas off a dog that has no hair?

I have a dog that has lost all of her hair and fleas are all over her body. She is also losing a lot of weight. She suppose to weigh 50-60 pounds. She is only 43 pounds.

The fleas are the reason your dog has no hair! Now the fleas are attached to hair follicles, and making your dog anemic, and very sick. Get a flea bath solution at pet store, and bath the dog in it following directions. Get a can of flea powder, and after the dog is bathed and dried, rub the flea powder all over her! Make sure she gets iron-enriched dog food until she starts feeling better and her fur begins to grown back. No dog should ever have to suffer like that! Take your dog to a vet. The flea infestation is matter that can be rectified by a veterinarian as is the weight problem. (Giving the dog flea medicine without a vet's consent could harm the dog since the dog is underweight).
