How can a 12 year old earn money?
I am a 12 year old that would like to earn some extra money. I think I have tried every thing possible like doing gardens, washing cars, walking dogs, cleaning, doing online surveys etc. Is there anything else I can do within the law that can can earn more than a couple of pounds a week without asking my parents.
Thanks in advance for your imput.
Additional Details added (06/16/08):
I live in Belfast in the United Kingdom so I dont know if I am in the law if I am buying and selling. In Belfast snow is rare and if we seen it, it would not be that deep. A paper route was an idea but they dont need anybody the minute and the pay is not good. Also my parents are aware of what I have been doing but what I dont want is for me to ask them for money. Thanks for everybodys imput. Everyone that has answered so far has made a brillant imput and if you think of anything else please add it in. All suggestions are welcome from anybody anywhere in the world. Thanks Michael

You could get a paper route, mow lawns, shovel snow, running errands for the elderly.....why would you want to keep this from your parents? They would be proud of you for earning your own money! I would, if you were my son!

I'm quite curious why your parents can't know about your part time job?

That certainly limits your options to try different jobs.

Have you considered repairing personal computers in your home?
