Who Should Have the Right to Vote?

Some people in the United States have the right to vote and some do not. Over time, some excluded groups, such as women and African-Americans, fought for the right to vote and won it.

-For any country they have age bar to vote. I suppose 18+ age is perfect and be allowed to vote world wide.
- Every human being no matter of what race, color, origin, physical disabiity should be allowed to vote if he/she is the citizen or green card holder of that country.

I don't understand why people throw their votes away. I have seen & heard all of the excuses from people of all ages. They need to get life and get out there and Vote! I have never missed a single election. There's just no excuse for procrastinating.

I vote in every election. I like our optical system in Oklahoma because we do not have the problems other places are having. There are places in America where voter fraud is rampant. I favor a photo voter ID furnished free to those who do not have one.
I listen on c-span to the hearings and it seems to me that all the cases of discrimination are of the bad result type which is a violation and not the specific case type. This is a step forward from where we have been....
