does any body know of any websites for cheap flights to new york? as i want to take my wife shopping there for her birthday. and while on the subject any recomendations for places to see when we are over there?.

It would usually be best to book directly with the airline because websites like expedia need to make money for themselves. Go to www.skyscanner.com because that website will compare the prices from all different airlines and travel agents and then they will redirect you to the airlines website.
Also as I have never been to New York I cant reccommend any places but I heard central part at sunset was nice.

Just recently i went to Chicago and i had ask the same question in this site and here are some suggestions but before you do that check Southwest
Airlines if does not matter which airport which in my case the airport was the problem for my family to pick me up.
Some sites have booking fees which adds to the price make sure about that because some fees were from 30 to 90 dollares more to the price of the ticket.
