We're thinking that now is a good time to start looking for our first house or condo. Since my wife and I have never done this before, how do you pick a good real estate agent?

The best place to look is on line! Find the real estate agencies in the area where you wish to live. Then check them out thoroughly to see which are the best! Also, if you know anyone living in South Bay, get their advice! Word-of-mouth is the best advertisement! Good luck, and enjoy your new home!
