There are approx 6100 people on this site and its ashame how some of us don't support others in answering their questions. I am calling no name but I know this particular asker has posted a lot of EASY questions and they recieve at the most 5 responses. Is it because their question isn't tag a REWARD? I have seen questions with 200-300 views with 10 answers. There have been questions ask by two different askers one with a reward and other has no reward. The asker with the reward receive more responses than the other. No question should be left behind especially the EASY ONES with or without REWARDS. Go ahead and knock yourself out and give me your honest EASY opinion. We are suppose to be a FAMILY here :-)
1) Why there are so many VIEWS than ANSWERS?
2) Why view a question if you are not going to answer it?
3) Why does reward questions receive a greater responses than a question with no reward? For the life of me, I just don't understand it since only ONE answer would be selected.
4) Why does a NO dollar question gets OVERLOOKED or recieved ONE answer or NO answer?
5) What type of questions that catches your eyes so the askers can receive better responses?
6) Are you answering this question because I tag a reward:-)??????????

WOW 26 views with 4 answers...What to the other 22.Let me say, the answers that I receive so far are interesting and I do appreciate their HONESTLY.
Yes, we do have choices in selecting what questions to answer.
In my opinion, you can the same answers for a given question but remember that the ASKER controls his/her question for BEST ANSWERS.
I have seen REWARD questions with the SAME ANSWER or CLOSE to the SAME ANSWER
I have seen questions without a REWARD (It might have the correct answer so we don't answer it)
As I mention before, I am talking about EASY FUN ENTERTAINMENT PUZZLE QUESTIONS.
I am NOT talking about those HOMEWORK/STATE EXAMS QUESTIONS. That's another STORY for itself.
SO FOLKS WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?????? :-)

Hi, Heather here from South Africa! 1.) Firstly perhaps people do not feel thay have an appropriate answer, or maybe people just want to see if any one has the same questions as they need to ask, and they fin their answers here. 2.) As I have mentioned, perhaps you were looking for a question similar to the one you had, and you found an answer by this question. 3.) That comes down to one of 2 things, "human greed", or maybe the reward question was easier to answer than the "non reward" question! 4.) ...

I'm so glad someone asked this question because I have noticed the same thing- it seems to either come down to the reward or, less frequently, whether or not the questioner has a reputation for not selecting best answers (maybe answerers don't want to hurt their rating?) So let me take a stab at your questions:
1- This one, I understand.. I will often open a question, only to find tha...

i'm feeling very great that someone asked this question.my answers to your questions are [in my opinion]
1 there are so many views than answers because when people see questions with money tagged in front of them ,they hurry to answer that question but whatever they wants to give as answer to that question, on viewing other experts answers they thinks that i am not going to get the reward as someone already answered it as i was going to .so, they proceed to another question....

Well, I do not know who you're talking about, hopefully not me, and if it's someone else, it's no concern of mine. I answer questions that I know the answer to, or have a definate opinion about. There are many times I view, but don't answer, because one or two people have already answered the question, with nearly the exact words I would have used, so why waste the time. I have the right to view all questions and answers from others. It is my choice whether I answer or not. I post questions that don't get answers. I als...

1. I do agree that there are more views than answers. This is possible in theses cases.
a. The viewer opened the question to answer and suddenly he/she receives a call/guest/important work so has to leave it without answering.
b. He/she does not find it intresting or to his/her skill to answer the question.

(1) There are more views than answers because people either don't know the answers, or they think the question is boring, or if another person has already answered with the correct answer, they don't want to repeat it!
(2)You view the question if the titleis vague, and you're not sure what it means! Then you answer if you know the subject.
(3)People want to take a shot at winning the money I guess! You sure can't get rich doing this, so I don't get it either!

well, some of the qsns are already well answered, and the viewer simply can't think of a better one.
for example: what's 1 + 1?
well, there should only be 1 answer, and that's 2. what exactly do you expect people to answer, other than "2"?
some of the entertainment puzzle are not as easy as you think. i have trou...

I am relatively new here but have been doing quite a bit if research. I have answered several questions with no reward attatched and viewd several other that I did not answer, simply because I did not know the answer. I can't in good faith just guess and give someone false information, that's just not the right thing to do. I have not really paid any attention to whether or not they have rewards attatched because frankly I don't really care. I came to this sight initially to ask a question, and had to sign up for an acc...

1) Why there are so many VIEWS than ANSWERS?
A) There might be various reasons for most views to the questions rather than answers. Some of the reasons could be kid to be taken care of (in my case), sudden phone call, surprising guests appearance, middle of some other work may be cooking etc... I could only guess some of the reasons. I generally check out the questions to answer only my kid is fast asleep, but if he wakes up suddenly I either close the window or have it reload it in order t...

just a thought- if you read a question that already has answers but you can't possibly add additional information because there's already a great answer, why not compliment that answer? simply clicking on the thumbs up icon when there's a great answer will let the questioner know that u agree with the answer...
