How to interrupt a meeting?

I'm a receptionist for a pharmaceutical company and I was told by director of the company to get him out of the meeting when a certain person called. I want to know what to do when the glass doors are closed and in the meeting are the directors and the president of the company. Do I just go in, do I knock, what should I say?
