should nonvegetarians decry global terrorism?

Of course! Animals are not killed to be eaten as a terrorist act! It's part of the food chain for non-vegetarians, for animals and people! Catching fish is not terrorism! People do it! So do polar bears! When a bird eats a worm, do think the bird is a terrorist? Plants are living things too - is it a terrorist act to pick them and eat them? Of course not! Putting fear in the minds and hearts of innocent people is terrorism. Killing innocent people, as on 9/11 is a terrorist act! We all have the right to decry terrorosm!...

All killings are not the same type of impulse. When any creature kills for food, it is called predatory killing. Predatory or seeking circuits do not derive from the same area of the brain where rage lives. Its simply a different function altogether.

There are several different types of aggression that all fire on different circuits of the brain, therefore the act of killing cannot be generalized ...

There is a GREAT deal of difference between killing something for food and killing thousands of people for a political ideal. By your logic vegetarians shouldn't decry clear cutting of rain forests, it's the same impulse after all...
