I'm so anal retentive, that I'd crosscheck the word I thought was mispelled with three other dictionaries, then I'd call the publishing company and inform them of the error! Sorry Mr. Webster!

As far as the word "hah" the sound of laughter, or as an interjection indicating a contemptuous reaction

Answer this quotation: Really you don't know unless you're an extraordinary good speller. The dictionary is treated like a "bible" sort of speak so we take for grant it that the word is correct unless it proves otherwise.


What happens when you can't find a word in the dictionary? Is it because you didn't spell or pronouce it correctly? :-)
