No, because it's not easy tying rain in a bow and painting it all those different colors! Sometimes the rain fairy just ties a rain knot, but you can't see it because she doesn't paint it!

Yes,
yellow -spirit, green -celebrate, purple -diversity, red courage, blue quality
aqua - community and orange - joy. Don't see this in the rain of "people" :-)
