Autism spectrum disorder

Does anyone know anything about adult autism spectrum? more specific, how to diagnose? or who can diagnose? does anything relieve the symptoms? (ie. i'm 32 yrs old and i cannot communicate my tru intent, this creates a great deal of anxiety and depression. these symptoms have been treated with conventional medicines and therapies. i am now about to hav my first child, and i NEED to communicate. when i open my mouth or attempt to type, i feel i am mimicing, regurgitating what others hav said. i feel that my actual comm. intent is lost, i need to communicate properlee). does anyone know what i mean?
