TUNER CARD!!!!!!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!!!

I had just recently bought a tv tuner card to set up to my computer. I installed it so I could both watch tv and play my Nintendo Wii on it. It did both, but there was something wrong with the wii... EVERY TIME I MOVE THE COURSER, IT LAGS AND TAKES A SECOND TO DO WHATEVER MOVE I DO!!!!
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO!!!
