does anyone know how to make a green pool blue in under a week

ok the liner inside the pool is blue but the water is green so is there any way to make the water crystal blue in under a week

Before you fill it with water, have it plastic coated in blue - not cheap, but it's quick! Most of the pools around here are blue - don't think I've ever seen a green one! The blue is beautiful though, and it would be a good investment! Mediterranean blue is the nicest!
