Electricity would be my choice, because it began a whole new way of life, which to this day we are still benefiting from - a lot of people may say the television or the computer or the microwave oven! Try getting them to work without electricity (laptops excluded of course!) The telephone was a great invention too, but at least we don't have to try and find it with a kerosene lamp! lol This morning, I put on a pot of coffee, made toast, dried my hair, vacuumed my floors, watched the news, ironed my clothes for work, and...

The best thing that humans have created is the United States Constitution. The ideas embodied in it are still the hope of the world. Truly more than genius inspired this work. The proof of its greatness is the strength of the attacks on it.

Worldwide communication...

I would say transportation mainly but including others, without airplanes and cars what civilization would survive, transportation has helped us advance because without them trading would be very hard and long and cars helped us spread everywhere around a country and airplanes around the world even though boats paved the road it is easier and faster to travel to other continents if transportation was eliminated somehow we would go back to ancient times well kind of!!...
