Sorry to hear that you're going throught such a difficult time. It sounds to me, and it's just a gut feeling, that your wife may have post-partum depression/psychosis. It used to be a woman might get a case of the baby blues that would last a couple weeks to 2 months tops. Nowadays, and it's unknown why, women are having to deal with more severe hormonal and emotional changes, as a result of pregnancy. The fluctuations in hormones in her body, may have also affected the neurotransmitters in her brain, such as seratonin, norepinephrine and dopamine. These brain transmitters control our emotions and behavior. Sometimes, the person experiencing these changes in the brain are unaware of their change in behavior because they aren't seeing from the outside, like you are. It seems that she is to the point where she should seek counceling and definately get on an antidepressant and possibly a mild dose of an antipsychotic, such as Risperdal. Just like your heart and kidneys are organs, so is the brain. If your brain is unbalanced, you need to correct that imbalance. Sometimes women only need to go on medication for a couple months until the brain chemistry regulates. Sometimes, it might be longer. She'll just have to wait and see.
As her husband, you can offer to help her through this, and explain to her that she could be going through a post-partem condition that is 100% treatable. Have others noticed a change in her attitude and behavior? If so, maybe you can have a sort of "intervention." Tell her that you love her and you'll stand by her no matter what. If she still rejects you and wants nothing to do with you, you'll have to abide by her wishes and wait it out. Sometimes, a person has to come to the end of their rope, before they will do something about it. I suffered a severe case of post-partem depression. I had to hit rock bottom before I would seek help. Unfortunately, the way others felt didn't matter enough to motivate me. I had to become sick and tired of being out of control, and decide for myself that it was time to get my life and my family back. Best of luck to you.

2) she developed another problem called periportum/post partum psychosis and depression also.this is also more or less related to hormonal changes.

my advice -- explain in detail how you are suffering and how she is behaving,when she is in good mood.take her to some vaccation and keep her in good moods.

expalin her that she needs some medical help.take her to obgy specialist and let her examine,investigate and treat her.

take her to a psychiatrist also and let her evaluate and in my opinion she needs mood stabilising/anti depressant medications.

don't be aggressive with her behaviour.kindly understand and adjust as she is suffering from some serious illness.help her to come out of her problem and she will love you a lot when once she understands how good you are.
