how to improve my car

I have a 1995 subaru impreza estate 1600cc that is a bit slow and dos'nt handle to well ether. what parts could i put on the car to improve the power and the handling.

You possibly could drop yhe suspension and stiffen it up a bitat the back
as for lack of power you should be able to chip the ecu and then try getting your hands on large turbo, large waste gate + dump valve
try to find modern turbo system that incorporates a recyc valve
also using a good fuel with high octane level will help but ecu needs to be set up to run a higher octane level
