40 years ago at age of 7 went to edmonton alberta canada for operation on my ear drum had hole in it well they were fixin old hole they made a new hole which never healed so i do not try too get water in ear for fear of infection i operate equipment for living hearin in that ear is not the best but i have heard and seen moneys givin too eqiupment operators for hearin loss 4 over the years i was wonderin would i have a chance for recievin anything money wise mmm i need expert advise pliz

I am not a lawyer but I'm sure that if you have medical records of what happend during your surgery then you have a case. The doctors aren't going to tell you this because they don't want to be sued. What you need is a lawyer and preferrably one that specializes in medical malpractice. But hurry, sometimes there's statues of limitations on these things.

In UK, when I had my problem, 17 years ago, you had to have advised thay you were not happy within 2 years to be able to claim anything for future consequences. This may be different in Canada
