Catering is a lot more difficult than most people realize! The food must be presented to clients, attractively, hot if it's supposed to be - cold if it's supposed to be, and always by happy, congenial people! If clients ask for weird combinations of foods, like Chinese rice and Italian lasagna - don't argue - do it well, with a positive attitude! Do not under any circumstances mingle with the guests at a function you are catering, but if people have questions, answer them with a smile! Cleanliness is so very important -...
