Some traits win over other traits. Gregor Mendel was the man who did experiments on peas and discovered the likelihood of the dominant and recessive genes trait showing up in the vegetable. The same research holds true for human reproduction. These experiments continue to be run by modern scientists to develop new hybrids of plants. From the time of your birth, personality traits can be observed. Many of our traits (such as personality) are affected by our environment as well. It is often very difficult to determine what qualities are a result of heredity and which ones are the result of environment.
