is y dog ill or pregnant

my pomeranian bitch mated on 3rd march. she is healthy and happy in her self. she has put on 750grams has a swollen stomach enlarged mammary glands. she has also been passing a jelly like discharge with occasional blood streaks in it . could she be pregnant or does she have pyrometra

Sounds like she might be pregnant. If she had Pyometra, she would not be a happy dog. She would have a poor appetite and be vomiting and/or drinking excessive amounts of water.
