If a round trip ticket costs $500 do you have to pay extra for return trip?

I want to buy a round tip ticket that costs $513 but i was wondering if you have to pay more for your return trip.

If you buy a round trip ticket it will include the return trip.
If you buy a one way ticket most of the time it will cost more than 1/2 of the round trip ticket. In other words it is normally cheaper to buy a round trip ticket which includes going there and coming back than to buy a one way ticket to get you there, then have to buy another one way ticket for the return trip....
