First I want to ask you how you could make your hair hightlights without dying your hair? Whatever, I would like to recommend you some highlights hairstyles. And about the good colour to go with brown-blonde hair, you should try amber colour, black or dark brown. Red is a good choice, too.

first of all its not possible to highlight your hair without any dye or bleaching. What I do though is bleach the highlights as light blonde as possible. Then from that point you can choose from a whole array of temporary to semi-permanent dye colors that will give you the chance to try out a few and decide what works best for you.
