I would say it shouldn't be too difficult, as long as he's not against it for any reason then there's reason you cant go for it and take the lead! Also, make sure your mouth does not have foul smell so always it must be clean, hygenic and have mouth spray before you offer him your mouth for french kiss. If there will be smell then he will not only be repelled back not to kiss you but in future as well he will avoid kissing you.
