So to answer your question, relatively speaking the glass is half full or half empty depending on how you see the world. But technically speaking, it is half full AND half empty.

I see the glass half full because that comes to you instantly you barely ever say it's half empty I guess it has to do with your conciousness or the back of your mind i forgot what it was called.

I would say, as a whole, the majority of people would say the glass is half full. (unless they are very thirsty at the time).

Important things to remember: There is nothing wrong with seeing the glass as half empty sometimes! It's ok to have a day or days where you do not have the most positive outlook on the world and life and it doesn't mean you're clinically depressed. Also, remember that if you've never seen the glass as half empty, you'll know recognize it as half full either.
