in theory it is simple - you need to burn off more calories than you are taking in. unfortunately, modern life with all of its hassles, labor saving devices and convieniences doesnt always enable us to do so.

The best way to lose weight is to eat in portions. eat from all the food groups and exercise at least half an hour a day. I lost about 5 pounds in a week by eating more vegetable and cutting down on carbs and sugar (drink alot of water and by exercisng on my elliptical machine. If I eat meat I would steam or bake it. Eat small meals instead of large meal. eat until you are satisfied and not until you are filled

Go and get "reductil" prescribed by your doctor. Taking the pills once a day and eating a high fibre-low fat diet made me loose 6 stone in 6 months. It works for every1 give it a try.

I think that the best way to lose weight is to stop thinking about losing weight and to just imagine yourself as slimmer! Do things that you feel you would do if you were slimmer and feel all those wonderful feelings you would feel at your ideal weight!

Green tea will help you because it helps you feel fuller and make you eat less. Also, not eating at all will not help! Excercise is the best solution such as sports. Junk food is definetely a way to gain weight. Don't eat only fruits and vegetables but don't pig out on meat products either. Eating healthy and Exercising are the two best natural ways. Unrecommendable ways are of course, liposuction or dieting pill which'll cost a lot of money and doesn't even work half the time....

THESE ARE SOME TIPS!:
1.Use smaller plates, eat smaller portions.
2.Do not bring junk food into your home.
3.Eat more veggies.
4.Eat less meat and eat leaner cuts.
5.Eat more fish.
6.Eat more slowly; chew your food more and suck all the flavor out of it before you swallow it.
7.Eat with others; good conversation improves digestion and makes you eat less.
8.Don’t eat with the TV on.
9.Make time for more exercise by cutting out some sedentary activities like watching television.
10.Walk more.
11.Work to make changes in your community, like more parks and recreation areas.
If all else fails, you might consider a gastric bypass operation; keep in mind, however, that this operation has a fatality rate that might put you off and that only 5 percent who have the operation eventually get down to a normal weight.
