Collecting on a judgment

I was issued a judgment for a large amount of money plus interest and during the time I was unable to locate the party in question. Well I totally forgot about it and just last night came across the paper work. Is this a loss or can I still claim my judgment? If so how do I do that who would I call to help

Your best bet is contact your lawyer that handled the case and ask him/her. I would contact him/her as soon as possible because there might be time limitations on the judgement.
