when buying wedding favors should everyone have the same favor?

unsure if i should buy a variey of different favors or just keep everybodys the same. there will only be arounf 50 people showing.

I think it's better to have the same gifts for everybody. It's less confusing and you don't end up giving the wrong impression about your relative closeness with the guests. That would be a major faux pas at the wedding.
If you wanted to have something different, I suggest that you have different gifts based on gender and age. You could give different gifts for men and women and also give a nice kiddie gift for the children who attend....
