Any kind of brutality and murder is not ok. i am totally against it.If she was in coma and would never come back to normal life then I suppose Mr. Letermer had no other option rather than see his angel dying slow death. THis would only bring misery everyday to his life. I understand it's no easy decision to kill your own daughter.

Even if she had a mental problem, there are many other solutions possible than to just take their life without asking!

If the person has a living will that states no medications, no feeding through drips, nothing to help prolong life in the cases where the person can not tell the doctor let me die if there is no hope of recovery. My mother was such a case 4 years ago from a stroke and alismphimer (sp).
