i was caught holding my moblie phone while i was driving and was given a £60 fine and 3 points but the police officer has made some mistakes on the ticket ie.wrong house number and wrong postcode i would like to know if this ticket is legal because of the wrong information on it

Technically its not legal because the officer wrote down the wrong information, but trying to prove to the police that the officer wrote the wrong address is another, he can simply claim you gave him the wrong address when he asked if thats your correct address.
