Can anyone explain how to bring one color out of a black and white photo on simple programs? i do not have photoshop but if there is anyway someone can teach me!

Hi there kelsapaulie!
Now, if you have Windows XP you hopefully
have Microsoft Photo Editor. If you do,
you just open your picture (jpg) with this program,
choose "Picture", then "balance" and the your
colour of choice down to the left.
