Looks like Im in the mionority here, but being a musician Id have to say hearing. Music is what keeps me going and I cant imagine a day without it. I fear deafness more than death.

The sense of touch is not just for touching but it helps keep us safe from injury. As each of us gets older we depend on it more because of failing eye sight and hard of hearing. I have known one person that has no sense of taste or smell and she gets along just fine but without the sense of smell it could be dangerous if fire or gas leak. There are many people that use a cane to see with in a different sorta of way.

I would pick touch because it's something I don't think i could live with out.
I mean how would you feel if everyone around you could feel a hug from a friend and get a kiss from the perfect girl and you couldn't feel it . Thats why i choose touch.
