I hate this question. It's such a dumb thing to ask someone. They might as well ask why I feel I'm not qualified to get the job.

From my experience, the best way to deflect the question is to mention a weakness that has no bearing on your success in the position. So, if you're going for a technical position, say something like how you're not good at public speaking. If you're going for a sales or marketing position, talk abo...

If an interview for a job you ar asked about your weakness, don't try to disguise a strength under the answer. One good answer could be: "My weakness is being less experienced for the offered position than I'd wanted to be. I could improve it only getting the job."
