with that amount of money you got a few options, of which the most attractive to me you could start for free, but having a budget makesit faster. I´m talking about affiliate marketing.

To begin with go to clickbank and sign up with them (it´s free), browse through their masive catalog of digital products, choose one ( or more) you like, get a hoplink and start promoting it like there´s no tomorrow.

Firstly, there's no such thing as a "quick buck". In an efficient market economy, providers of capital get rewarded according to how much risk they take. The main way to get a higher reward is to take more risks. I would always be very cautious about any scheme that promised high rewards for low risks.
