Why do I crave salt when I am at the sea? When I go to the beach I always want to eat fish and chips.

It's your ancient primordial evolutionary origins and genetic unsupression of primitive fetal form genes yearning to bring you back to your origins of swiming thru the sea, teeth agape as you pursue with intention to chomp on some poor lesser fishiform. After that, who wouldn't go up for air to get chip?!
It's your land breather genes trying to reassert themselves. Either that or the concession booth is right next to the Hunk infested lifeguard stand....
