What do you all think of this facebook, is it beneficial? Is it worth your time? I'm having difficult time keeping up with it. How often should I check back with this and try to keep up with all the stuff that's going on?

Facebook is a very useful tool. i have friends and relatives all over the nation and Facebook makes it fairly easy to keep in contact with them.
as to keeping up with it i use it every day, however i have friends who only get on once in a blue moon. i think if you want to use just to keep up with folks once every week or two would be plenty
