connecting home theater system to pre- wired soun system

I have a sony bravia home theater system that has color codedspeaker plug conections that go into the dvd-tuner,but bare wires that gointo the speakers.
My house already has been wired and installed inthe walls surround sound,I want toknow how to splice these wires together to make system,work?
