The message from eyes can be wrongly diagnosed by the brain but the message conveyed by the soul is always diagnosed right.
Also, most people are average or below average in mental power and their diagnostic power is poor as well. So percentage of such people to admire beautiful skin like..."Not to offend anyone by name" are much more even if he/she is the worst person on earth by character and deeds....
