i think i have a slight obsession with food, im one of those people who get bored and then eat,or eat when im not even hungy, cause its a habit!!!!

Though in no way am i fat, i way like 7.10 or something, but im sure its only because i do ALOT of dancing... but i was just wondering if anybody had any advice on how i cant stop this annoying habit.

The majority of the human race over-eat due to stress. You need to deal with whatever issues you are trying to suppress with food. Over-eating is as bad a habbit as smoking. It is impossible for someone to just STOP eating, however. You have to eat your 3 to 6 small meals a day and keep a food diary. Pay attention to the times that you are eating and how you are feeling during that time. Lots of people find that they are "stressing" over something and they try to nurse that "wound" with food.

You should start making a list of things before you go to bed which you could do next day to keep yourself occupied.

Not of mondo things, just things you could do to pass time. That way, during the day, you can clean the apartment or something intresting to keep you occupied not to worry about your stomach, or to be bored enough to start snacking.

Fpr you it is not the hunger of the stomach that calls you to eat, but it is the call of some psychological perviation that makes you eat something.This need not make you worried.It can be rectified with proper habit forming.Try to follow a change of habit like drinking water, or going out to focus your attention to something else, etc.Plan your eating habit positively, convincing yourself mentally.
