I had a supervisor that was very degrading to her employees. At first I calmly talked to her one-on-one. I had to talk to her again in private to work out that ever was going on, keeping myself in check as well. Again she became degrading to her employees. At this time I brought it to the attention of the office senior manager. I explained that I had previously tried two times to correct the problem in private. I detailed my experiences, as well as my own actions with this supervisor and explained that I did not want to go over her head but had no options. I asked to have a shot meeting with the three of us to work things out. Because the senior office manager was present, the situation was resolved to my satisfaction.
