I had a supervisor that was very degrading to her employees. At first I calmly talked to her one-on-one. I had to talk to her again in private to work out that ever was going on, keeping myself in check as well. Again she became degrading to her employees. At this time I brought it to the attention of the office senior manager. I explained that I had previously tried two times to correct the problem in private.
