I can't see any big harm in telling her how you feel. Maybe she'll change her ways for you. By the sounds of it though, she isn't very stable or isn't ready for a committment. What do you have to lose though, go for it, see what happens.

You said she says that her new boyfriend would not like you and her dancing together, maybe thats because her boyfriends know that you and her have a special thing between you. Otherwise why would they be bothered???

If she doesn't have the same feeling for you as you do her... dont take her first answer... dont bug her, but dont move on too quickly either.... it may take her a little time to see through the friendship smoke... thing is when girls make "friends" with boys they turn all their sexual feelings off!! and it sometimes takes a while to turn them back on lol!!
