how do you get candle wax out of a holder

Soak it in a pan of boiling hot water for a couple minutes,then wipe clean. Get as much as possible out by hand first.

Melt it. Thats your best bet. If you melt it the wax then it changes into a fluid meaning it's going to flow. If it flows your best bet it that it is going to get out of the holder. What I said may seem mean but what I tell you might work. I am in high school and we already learned about fluids so I think this might work.
